Carnival Destiny Cruise Ship

The Carnival Destiny offers passengers a selection of ports that include the Caribbean, and the Bahamas. Most of the passengers on this ship are young or middle-aged. She is the first ship in the Destiny class. Passengers can expect top-of-the line service and a friendly staff that likes to have fun. Cuisine

The main dining rooms, called London and Paris, offer open-seating breakfast and lunch. Two separate seatings are offered for dinner for your convenience. The menu changes every night, so you won't be bored with the selections. The ship's buffet options provide guests with tasty Asian dishes, spicy Mexican cuisine, healthy grilled items, and, of course, pizza. The pizza is available 24 hours in case passengers feel like a quick snack.

Entertainment & Nightlife

The entertainment on the Destiny literally suits every taste. The Palladium Theater offers exciting Vegas-style shows. Most guests have excellent views of the stage, as the theater spans 3 floors. It also has an excellent sound system. The Point After Dance Club offers a high-energy dancing experience. The Criterion Lounge offers midnight shows in a smaller setting than the main theater. The Apollo Bar is a fun place for patrons who want to sing with the piano player. A bar is located in the main atrium area for patrons who want to people-watch. Passengers who want to enjoy the evening outdoors can take advantage of the SeasideTheater.

Taking the Kids

There are a number of activities available for kids aged 2-15. Toddlers don't need to be tyoilet-trained to take part in the fun, and kids under 3 have their own playroom to enjoy. Younger kids have access to free play in the mornings and early afternoons, with guided activities being offered in the afternoons and evenings. An outdoor play area and wading pool are available. Teens can take advantage of special shore excursions under the watchful eyes of Camp Carnival employees. Turn-down service for families with kids includes fresh cookies.
