Yes, the Veeddam cruise ship does offer a "My Time Dining" type of
program. On board it is called "Open Dining" and this program is
offered at the Rotterdam Dining room on the lower level. The "Open
Dining" program begins at 5:15pm and ends at 9:00pm. Their five-course
menus include delicious cuisine from around the world. There are also
many other restaurants around the ship like the Lido Restaurant that
offer food at the same time in an informal setting; here there are able
