The Horizon was renovated in 2009 and offers passengers spacious, well-decorated public areas and cabins. The 9 passenger decks house 721 cabins. Cabins have wood fittings and many have portholes, and a good amount have balconies. Junior suites offer passengers a mini-bar and sofa area, TVs with CD/DVD players and walk-in wardrobes The larger suites are decorated nicely and include additional amenities such as a double sofa bed, sleeping areas that are separate from the living area and a larger balcony. Some offer laptop Internet connections. The cabins that are less expensive are more basic, have fewer decorations and have white walls and furniture.
