How is Accessibility for Handicapped Travelers on the Thomson Celebration Cruise Ship?

The Thomson Celebration is the only Thomson cruise ship which offers access to disabled passengers who use a wheelchair. There are a number of cabins which are accessible, but it is necessary to book these in advance (there is a booking fee). For safety reasons, Thomson is only able to offer cruises to a limited number of wheelchair-users and each of these must have an able-bodied companion accompanying them for the trip. Most of the ship is accessible to disabled passengers, but there are some areas which have limited accessibility. Shore excursions require extra planning.
