Are there Handicap Amenities on the Vision of the Seas?

The Vision of the Seas welcomes handicapped passengers with 14 wheelchair accessible cabins and 9 passenger lifts, which allow passengers with disabilities easier access to all levels of the ship. All entertainment facilities, such as the Masquerade Theater and the Champagne Terrace, have access for handicapped passengers, but it is important that accommodations are set up with cruise staff ahead of time. Although the dance halls do provide handicap access, these dance halls are not well suited for wheelchairs. The Sports Deck allows wheelchair users to play basketball and volleyball, and wheelchair users can reserve the court in 1-hour periods if they prefer to have fewer people around them.
