Child care is not included in the price of your ticket on the Vision of the Seas cruise ship. In order to have someone look after your child on the Vision of the Seas cruise ship, you will have to spend additional money. However, how much you spend is just a reasonable fee for the time of the person conducting the child care. Your child has to be at least 1 year old to be accepted in the ship's child care program. For in-room babysitting, the cost is $8 an hour for 2 kids and $10 an hour for 3 kids. If you choose the group-sitting option, it will only be $5 per child.
