OCEAN KAYAKING AND SNORKELING

Ready for some exercise? You will find yourself on a coastal beach in a charming town. Kayaks will be ready to board. Facilities are right there for whatever you need. In front of you is the scenic bay that you will paddle across (it's not too far) to a small pebble beach. For awhile, you will leave your kayak and snorkel over the beautiful reef formations. You may be fortunate enough to see schools of fish, including the Parrot fish, octopus, puffers, the colorful Trumpet fish, and Sea Cucumbers. Be sure to keep your eyes open for the occasional turtle or stingray. Your guide knows all about them and will help you identify them while he explains Dominica's prolific marine life. After plenty of time, hop back in your kayak and you will all paddle back.
